Reiki is a technique of a de-stressing method that may speak to you. Reiki is based on the belief that we are all made of energy, and the technique involves a therapist gently placing hands on or above the client’s body to channel this universal energy.
This healing method is designed to eradicate the energy blockages and improve mental, spiritual & physical health in the process.
Relaxation in a quiet space is one of the biggest benefits of Reiki. You may feel as if you have meditated or just had a massage. This can have a profound effect on the mind and body, and awareness of the present moment.

Oneness Blessing
The oneness Blessing or “Deeksha” (as it is known in the East) is nondenominational transfer of Divine Energy that helps balance the energy in the brain and consciousness, based on the chakras.
This balancing helps move us out of “fight or flight” and into a feeling of being more connected within ourselves by helping to reduce inner conflict; connected to each other; connected to nature and the Divine - whatever the Divine means to you. This feeling of connection is what the name “The Oneness” is referring to.

Community Reiki/Energy Share

Reiki Share, also known as Reiki Circle or Exchange, is a group that gives (practitioners only) and receives (anyone) Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, and positive energy.
Reiki practitioners please come and share your wisdom, knowledge, and skills. Recipients will be receiving up to 20 minutes of attention from several pairs of hands simultaneously, as practitioners benefit from giving as well.
Most people enjoy gathering around the refreshment table with other like-minded people while waiting their turn.
We invite you to come and join us for a wonderful release for relief!
A time of rest, relaxation, and gratitude of self and one another. Once again reconnecting and regrouping of mind, body, spirit, and one another.

I feel so blessed that I have recently found Angles of Light Work. I’ve been following a spiritual path for many years but needed to deepen my awareness. I’ve felt that I needed to be around some new spiritual masters (that are still alive) so I would have the opportunity to grow and to reinforce that I am a conduit. I’m thrilled to currently be part of the Chakra and Energy Class with both Jude and Nicole and intend to be a part of my new spiritual family in the many classes and workshops at Angels of Light Work offer.

I cannot explain the physical and emotional changes that occur in Jude's space. What I can explain is how I feel after my sessions with Jude: lighter, refreshed, balanced, grounded, and hopeful. There is an energy that instantly calms my mind allowing my soul to be the center of attention for the next hour. It would be an understatement to say I feel immense gratitude towards Jude and the angels. It is so much more than that. They have given me a path to my soul that I did not know existed.
